Simply because someones kids (who are located adjacent/across the street) vandalized after hours. Apparently the postal workers know, the police know, there's footage capturing the kids in the act. Yet nothing has been done, why does it appear that this town is being run by the children and being a punk commiting felonious crimes has no consequences?
