- CCCapriSep 25, 20251.0The post office is in a convenient location and even has 4 parking spots on a lot next to it. Too bad the main postal worker who is at the counter is very rude. They also request you to immediately click on the pad to rate the service satisfaction so you have no privacy whatsoever and if you leave a sad face of course she will ask you why and argue with you. I live nearby and in some cases I will have no choice but use USPS. However I am looking to switch to UPS for my business so that I don’t have to deal with a snappy rude person.

On three different occasions my greeting/birthday cards did not reached their destination. I reported the issue to an older woman at the post office and she stated that the mail at this location is sorted and handled by the Westchester County main post office. I’m beginning to think something fishy is going on at this post office. It’s happening too often. It needs to be investigated.
