A three star rating due to the fact this post has signs everywhere. Telling us our mail will be delayed. Because they can't keep employees. The post master or management. Needs to boost morale and adapt to the times. A lot of 💌📬 mail men , mail women feel unsafe and unsure due to the public and toxic work culture. When I was growing up everybody wanted to get into the Post office. It was a high demand job. I use the Patchogue Post office weekly and would love to see it properly staffed.

Terrible Post Master! Rude. No mail delivery since storm on weekend 2/22/26 for four days now. Checks did not arrive. Automated system perhaps the worst in the US. Boo!

Ms Kaitlyn she is very knowledgeable and hard worker. She pays attention to details. She helped find my P.O. Box , shipped my items many times and I always happy when she is helping customers. Always smiling and good attitude.

Love our regular mailman but the people they get to deliver mail on Sunday are lazy and incompetent. Waiting on 2 packages today, tracked them and it said "delivery attempted at 5:59pm"...not true as I've been home all day, lights are on, no gate or dog or any obstacle that would prevent delivery, but they claimed they were "unable to deliver." Magically, this always happens with Sunday deliveries here, and no one seems to do anything about it.
