- OKoroni khan2 days ago5.0KESHAUN is SO KIND AND HELPFUL. I know what it is to work retail, so I understand. He was by himself handling NUMEROUS customers. The line was OUT THE DOOR practically (easily 10 customers). Keshaun remained calm and collected. He took his time while also being EFFICIENT with all customers, myself including. The man is a saint. His customer service is out of this world. Thank you Keshaun!

- JJJayMar 23, 20262.0Severely understaffed. If you need to get anything done go elsewhere because you'll most likely be turned away anyway; even if you make an appointment beforehand. I tried to renew my passport here and all of the appointments for the day were canceled upon opening due to lack of staff.

I had a 1:15 PM appointment for my child's passport renewal and even took her out of school early for it. We arrived at 1:00 PM. There were people still waiting who had 12:15 PM appointments. Despite the massive delay, the clerk went on a 15-minute break at 1:45 PM. She finally called us up around 2:00 PM, but I needed to grab one extra document from my car. While I did that, she started taking the people who had been waiting since noon. When I came back and had to wait again until 3:00 PM, she told me she couldn't help us because she had to go to lunch. Appointments here are an absolute sham. There is zero professionalism and no respect for people's time. The staff act like they are lounging at home, doing whatever they please, rather than actually working. Avoid this place at all costs.
