The officer was prompt and made the process easy. I paid for expedited service and the whole process from dropping it off at the post office to me receiving it was 9 days. Very happy with the turn around time and the service from the postal service and its officer. Edit: I’ve seen all the negative reviews but such was not my experience. If only I could remember the officers name I’d thank him.

We arrived on time. Nicole (who is extremely rude and nasty) advised they will take everyone from ozone park before they take us. Mind you everyone arrived AFTER us. Very rude and very unprofessional. Has 0 people skills.
