  An amazing experience at this UPS location in Oyster bay! The employees are extremely helpful and patient with even the smallest question. The process for shipping/returns was smooth and quick! The store is clean and very organized, it’s my new favorite location.

  Excellent Service and Super Efficient! I had a fantastic experience at this UPS Store. The staff were incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. I came in to ship a few packages and also needed help with printing some documents. They walked me through everything clearly and made sure all the labels and paperwork were handled correctly. The store was clean, organized, and well-stocked with shipping supplies, which made the process even smoother. I really appreciated how quickly everything was taken care of—no long waits, just fast and professional service. It’s clear that customer satisfaction is a priority here. I’ll definitely be returning for any future shipping, printing, or mailbox needs. Highly recommend!

  I had an excellent experience at this UPS store. From the moment I walked in, the staff greeted me warmly and were incredibly friendly and attentive. They went out of their way to answer my questions and made sure everything with my package was handled quickly and correctly. I’ve visited many UPS locations in the past, but I’ve never received this level of customer service before. The staff here truly made the process stress-free and pleasant, which is rare when running errands. I will definitely be coming back to this location and highly recommend it to others looking for great service.
