- JHjulie hallJan 8, 20251.0I wake up to seeing my account overdrawn with an overdraft fee for a check that was post marked for the end of the month that the bank illegally decided to cash almost 3 weeks early. I don’t know the education level but I am furious. I have an upcoming surgery I have to pay for and the bank had no right to cash this check early and put that in jeopardy where I cannot pay for it. That is why there is a date at the top heading of any check. If they do not correct I will be removing my funds to go elsewhere. And looking into any means of action against them I can take. We have zero chances for mistakes when we do things but apparently the bank can do whatever they like! Not right!
