I was told to paythe Oswego post office $10 for shipping fees in order to pick up my package. The package was sent to the post office for free( no charge for the receiver).(Oswego Post Office). Thoughts and opinions welcomed about this one? Some business want a physical address and not a P.O. Box I simple used fbe post office address since I don't have a physical address. Hince the reason I paid for a Post Office Box.
