I run a small business and am in the post office at least once a week, sometimes more, I've never had to wait more than 20 minutes and that is very rare. Usually no line or one person ahead of me.

They tried to tell me that a pre-paid shipping label can not be dropped off and I have to wait in line for a clerk to scan it. Absurd. Management does not hold their staff accountable and no one holds management accountable either. Management has a very nasty attitude as well. I miss the old staff... bring them back!!!!!!!!
