They tried to tell me that a pre-paid shipping label can not be dropped off and I have to wait in line for a clerk to scan it. Absurd. Management does not hold their staff accountable and no one holds management accountable either. Management has a very nasty attitude as well. I miss the old staff... bring them back!!!!!!!!

- RMR MartinNov 19, 20162.0The people working the counter are usually nice, but they are slow and there is always a long line, never less than 5 people. Notice that the average visit, it says here, is 20 minutes. I almost never go there and when I do I have the same horrible experience every time no matter the time of day or day of the week. Lots of people send letters and packages overseas from this post office. so that can be time-consuming. And then there are the passports.... They need more counter staff!!! I have no complaint about the individual, though.
