The staff is incredibly friendly, efficient, and always willing to help. Our dog really likes to go and visit, all I have to do is say, "FedEx" and she runs to her leash, she even has a little FedEx outfit.

As a company you guys are horrible I wasted three hours of my time on Friday morning into the afternoon, waiting for my FedEx priority overnight package and then after the time it was supposed to be there spent countless hours with useless people who had no idea what they were doing They escalated it and then proceeded to not call me back then I called back for a fourth time they escalated again and luckily for you guys Regarding this review Were saved by the associate in this hub in a risky New York Kaitlyn, who was as sharp as a attack What she was doing handle the situation in less than 24 hours next thing I know she was calling me and I was picking up my package from her hand delivered to me I’ve been in customer service for 8+ years and if I was the owner of a company, she has all the qualities that I would look for So thank you Kaitlyn again for all your help. I hope that you’re higher ups read this And give you the appreciation And credit that you deserve for completely making the experience turn around for the better. A++++++++ service
