Our driver never even came to the door to attempt a delivery yesterday, instead just left the 'sorry we missed you' and we now have to go to the PO to pick up our package. The PO policy, is the last name must match to allow pickup, so I was told. That's a great policy, but not everyone is married and/or shares the same last name. The gentlemen helping me did not seem to comprehend what I was telling him, and didn't care that the drive didn't bother to come to the door to attempt the delivery. The customer next to me said his driver didn't bother coming to the door either.

Ok appearance is everything I went to this post office yesterday on 1/13 the associate working had so many large stains on her shirt and she smelled awful I couldn't wait to get out of there. I'm not posting this to be nasty, as she was very nice But seriously whoever is in charge at this location you need to have a talk with your staff about coming to work clean.

Stephanie is amazing to work with! She is kind, helpful and knowledgeable about her job. I went in today, after calling first because I have a large order. Stephanie hapily took me instantly but the line started to build up. She rang for her co workers I wanna say four or five times, no one came up, well one person did to drop off their lunch and than went to the back again. While the line had to be about six people in it. Right before I left someone did finally come up to help out. This review is in no way negative toward Stephanie, she is a delight to work with.
