  The store staff are nice, but the UPS delivery service up here isn't great. My package from Amazon yesterday was delivered to the wrong address. Apparently, the driver can't read very well. I don't really know where it is now, maybe if I knock on the doors of every neighbor on the road and bother them.... The driver has also been quite rude in the past to us. Once, we were unavailable to sign for something and he sent it right back immediately without trying a 2nd time the next day.

  The staff are very very polite and friendly. They do their job to receive, label, and stage customer’s packages efficiently and quickly. If a customer has a question the team will work together to resolve anything the customer needs. Good people & great service!

  No one answers the phone. They let it ring 2-3 times, then just hang up on you. This has happened many times over several days, all at times when the store is open. Workers just don't feel like answering the phone? Do they understand that the Oneonta location serves a large, surrounding rural area, so it's not simple to just stop in?

  There is no way to contact ups if you don’t want to give them all your information to sell. Don’t use this service.

  I dont know that I have ever expirienced better service, friendlier owners or had a better customer expirience anywhere. These folks are awesome!!!
