  Didn’t catch the gentlemen’s name but I had a bunch of work gear and he made it very easy, quick, and painless. It’s usually the exact opposite of that when shipping the work gear. Give the man a raise!

  Paid a visited the UPS store in Oneonta for an amazon return and had an outstanding experience. Sarah, Keith, and Emily provided exceptional service, assisting me with packaging, taping, and printing my label on the spot. Their professionalism and attention to detail made the entire process smooth and efficient. It was evident that they genuinely care about their customers, and their friendly demeanor made a significant difference. I highly recommend this location for anyone needing reliable and top-quality service.

  At this UPS Store, there’s one employee—though I don’t know the name—who is always so genuinely kind that I leave smiling every time.

  They deserve 0 STARS! So originally I shipped a package to a client and the client gave me an undeliverable address, UPS called me and said I needed to come in to change the address and couldn’t do it over the phone. So I drive the 40 min over there and I had forgotten my wallet. They wouldn’t let me change the address with out my ID (REMEMBER THIS)!! So I leave frustrated and head home to turn around in the morning and go back to the store. I tell the guy why I’m there and he says rudely your package is at the place on brown st. So I head over there and they tell me no my package is at the drop off store on south side and give me the print out that clearly states it. So here I go no really frustrated back over to the other store hand them the paper and said nope it’s here and y’all best find it. They “looked” for 5 min and said no it’s not here. I then happen to notice 2 packages that looked oddly familiar on the counter and asked if those were mine and he said there’s no way they are yours have a good day. I said oh no no someone needs to check them and kindly the one girl heard me and checked. Sure enough they were mine. He refused to help me further so she checked me out. Overall very disrespectful, disorganized and just plain lazy!
