Was notified to pickup my package, then when I arrived I find out my package was sent back to sender not even 2 hours after the original notification was sent. The lady at the counter was respectful but the whole situation is an incredible waste of time, and it was an important item. Please don’t tell people to pickup their item if you are going to return it without giving any time to receive it from the office

Unbelievable customer service. After dealing with a lifetime of rude New York City postal employees, the Olivebridge branch is a sigh of relief. Conscientious workers who take their jobs and our local neighbor's needs seriously. And they're out there, delivering mail and parcels In the severe ice and snow storms where other local services take a winter break, they're out there on the road. I cant say enough good things about this particular branch of the post office.

I would just like to comment on "Laura Croager's" one star review. I live in Olivebridge and the mail carrier is fantastic. I can't imagine that she would knock down a box and not say anything. Maybe Laura Croager should try being a mail carrier some day. Driving 6 days a week in all kinds of weather. . . loaded with mail and parcels. I would like to add that the clerk at Olivebridge Post Office is also fantastic.

Pretty sad when your Mail Delivery person backs up into your mailbox and does not say anything at all. I am glad we took a picture of you!!!!!!!!
As I do not own the house I will speak with my landlord to find out if they would like to have the police called.
