- DRDaniel RoushOct 5, 20255.0At the Olean Staples, I was greeted immediately upon walking into the store and asked if I needed any help. At the time, I did not need help. I then picked up what I needed and went to the register to make my purchase. Ben greeted me. Ben told me that the paper I was purchasing had a better deal where I would get more printer paper for only a few dollars more. It was a great deal, so I took Ben's advice. NICE SAVINGS. Next, I asked Ben if my online print order was ready and he went to check. He asked Tiffany how close it was to being ready and she said she just needed to bind the job and asked if I could give her 10 minutes. INCREDIBLE!! I live 1 1/2 hours away but needed this material for an upcoming interview!! I cannot thank both enough and it's this kind of service that will keep me coming back and I will let others know of the great service if they need anything that the Olean, NY Staples offers. Please tell Ben and Tiffany thank you!!!
