  Its always a joy coming into this UPS store. Staff are so friendly and go above and beyond to make the experience breezy. We get tons of packages shipped here and the customer service is always 10/10!

  As i placed order from amazon it was free pick up , even i got this particular nearby pick up location from the app At the time of pickup they are charging you $6usd per package which doesn’t make any sense

  Picked up a package today that was extensively delayed due to USPS issues. The owner and staff went over and above in helping me get my package. They were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this outlet for shipping. Will definitely use them again!

  As a Canadian that crosses the border often to pick up packages from the UPS store I had an extremely disappointing experience and will be taking my business elsewhere in the future. I arrived at 5:50 to pick up stools. They were in two separate orders, and the 2 men working on 4/15 could not find one of the stools. They were talking about me right in front of me, saying to each other "tell her to leave, we're supposed to be closed" then directly to me, they said "you know we were supposed to be closed at 6". I responded that it was not my fault the package was not being found despite me having proof of delivery. He ended up finding the package, after saying awful things about me to his coworker. A customer also asked how he was doing and he responded "better if I had a joint". I have never dealt with this kind of unprofessionalism. I hope this is addressed so I can return in the future.
