We were told that the window wouldn't open until well after 9am since the person scheduled to run it called in. So rather than wait on the accumulated customers and gain revenue, everyone out back, including the gentleman who has repeatedly waited on me AT THE WINDOW was sorting/loading mail. Makes absolutely no sense. THIS is why the postal service is losing money and everyone says to privatize it. Ordered stamps online and it took TWO MONTHS for them to arrive. Two months, if you live just outside of town and put a freaking note in your mailbox the rural route person delivers them the next day. The entire system is a shambles.
