  As many of us Canadians know, it can be a real challenge when U.S. vendors won’t ship across the border. This UPS Store has been a true lifesaver for many years. Every time we go, the staff is friendly and incredibly helpful. And that almost childlike smile you get as you walk out with a package you’ve been waiting for—paired with the great service—makes the whole experience completely worth it. Until next time!

  Wonderful UPS Store! Always great caring customer service! I live across the border and have ordered some necessary items that I can't find in Canada over the last 8 years. They hold the item for me and only charge of nominal fee of $5 to hold it.

  I originally had a package shipped to the UPS Store in Ogdensburg because it could only be delivered within the U.S. It would’ve been quite a long drive for me to pick it up, so I called to see if they could forward it to my home in Canada. Bob, the gentleman I spoke with, was absolutely wonderful—so kind, helpful, and professional. He took the time to describe my package to me and even mentioned how awesome it looked! He went above and beyond by sending me a photo as a little preview, which honestly made me even more excited to receive it. He clearly explained all the fees and made the whole process simple and stress-free. It was some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced anywhere. I’ll definitely be using this store again. Way to go, Bob—you make me wish you were my local UPS store!

  Suppose to open at 730 per website, door posting of hours and phone message. At 805, still waiting after night shift. Sitting waiting, I’ve watched 5 people try to go in and leave. This is not good.
