  I have been printing brochures and other items at the Staples in Oceanside, Long Island, NY. I am extremely satisfied with the printing staff. They are courteous and professional. They even take time to call and help me to correct mistakes in my order once received. I would not go anywhere else to get my printing done. I recommend this place highly.

  I had one of the most frustrating retail experiences I’ve ever had at this Staples location. What should have been a quick Amazon return turned into a 30-minute ordeal that honestly felt never-ending. The line for Amazon returns was ridiculously long, and to make matters worse, there was also a full line of customers trying to purchase items. Here’s the unbelievable part: there was only ONE employee handling BOTH lines. One person. Doing everything. You could visibly see how overwhelmed and stressed they were, trying to juggle two completely different types of transactions while a growing crowd of irritated customers just stood there waiting. It wasn’t just slow—it was chaotic, inefficient, and honestly uncomfortable to watch. I don’t blame the employee at all—they were clearly doing their best in a situation that never should have happened in the first place. This is entirely a management issue. How do you run a store like this with such poor staffing, especially when Amazon returns alone bring in a huge volume of people? What makes it even worse is that I’ve been to the Staples in Bellerose, and the difference is night and day. There, they actually have a separate employee dedicated just to Amazon returns, while another person handles the register. The process is smooth, quick, and stress-free—exactly how it should be. This location seriously needs to fix its staffing and organization. No customer should have to wait half an hour for a simple return, and no employee should be put in a position where they’re clearly drowning just trying to keep things moving.

  In the middle of my tax preparation, all my figures were in and my computer died. I went to Staples and the technician eased my fears and then told me how he would resolve the issues. All went as he said it would and my cosmputer is working better than ever
