- JJJ3 days ago1.0I don't know what happened to the Oceanside Post Offices the workers inside used to be very nice, courteous, helpful. They actually had very good customer service. They retired, and now these new people work there's and they are very rude, and unprofessional. I tried using a debit card to get a money order, and the guy tried telling me I can't use it and that I need a certain type of card. I forgot to put in the pin #. I told him I forgot to put in the pin # and I put it in, it went through, and the worker there had a dumb look on his face because he saw he was wrong, and it worked, it had nothing to do with needing a different type of card like he claimed. It is always that same Indian guy there, he bothered someone else I know about the same exact thing another time. Then he let me use a debit card for a money order, then when I went back to get another money order with a debit card, he says i have to show I.D. after he already let me do it once before with a debit card without showing I.D. When I gild him that, he asks me what am i arguing with him, because I made him felt dumb.
