- JLJade LyonsOct 14, 20251.0The person at the front desk was extremely rude. Asked me a bunch of questions what was in my letter and package and my letter came back to me and a ring that I was shipping did not come back with the package. There's a rip in my parcel and the ring was stolen.
- DDdanAug 18, 20251.0Completely incompetent. There’s usually one person behind the counter on busy days so there’s long wait times. They lose packages all the time or have it sitting waiting at their facility for 2.5 weeks before it gets to your house. No parking either what a joke

- MCMarie CoccaroDec 13, 20241.0i have been complaining about my mail not going to its destinations for some time now ,it has costed me over 200 on cancelled checks because my cards and bills are not going anywhere either i have to go to the post office or hand it to my mail carrier for it to be delivered, i was forced to do all on line billing which i didn’t want to do . in over 20 years never had a problem until this year, i called left a name and number for an investigation to happen no one has called back . This is not acceptable in any community that we pay taxes whose going to reimburse me the fees for cancelled checks and cards i paid for with the cost of stamps rising .
