  I had such a great experience at Staples printing my first book. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. They walked me through options, provided proofs to make sure everything looked perfect, and even shared coupons to help save on costs. They made what could have been a stressful project feel easy and exciting. I’m so grateful for their professionalism and support. Highly recommend this location for any printing needs!

  I am writing to formally raise concerns about a recent experience at one of your Staples locations that was extremely disappointing across both the Print Center and retail operations. I placed three separate print orders; however, the associate at the Print Center was only able to locate one. That order consisted of 250 flyers, which were placed in a sandwich box that could not support their weight. The box collapsed when lifted— this was the second time this has happened, indicating a lack of awareness of appropriate packaging and order handling. Because the remaining items were not located, I had to repeatedly request that the staff search for the other components of my orders. **None of the orders were labeled**, and **nothing was consolidated**, creating further confusion. At the time, I was told the remaining items could not be found. At **4:00 PM**, I then received a call stating the missing items had been located. Unfortunately, I paid for rush service and was initially told the order would be ready. Because of these delays and errors, I **did not receive the full order in time** and was therefore **unable to present the materials at a business event**, which had a direct professional impact. Additionally, I made retail purchases totaling over $500, but none were applied to my Staples Rewards account. This compounded an already poor experience and reflected a lack of coordination between the Print Center and retail teams. The mishandling of rush print orders, inadequate packaging, disorganization, delayed communication, and failure to apply rewards resulted in overall service that fell well below acceptable standards. At this point, I need to reconsider using Staples for my business needs seriously.

  Gavin was working the front check out counter and Amazon return counter by himself today, and I have to say what a kind, professional, and efficient worker he was!!! He was able to multitask between both lines (with a lot of people) flawlessly and was still friendly to everyone! Great representative of your company!
