- LLLarissaNov 11, 20251.0This is the third time I have had to interact with one of the women who works there. For no absolute reason she gives me an attitude every time I walk in there. Which ever woman was working there on 11/11 at 11:40am needs to be spoken to by management because there’s no reason I should be given an attitude for picking up a package. Her attitude is unacceptable.

When u list on google and your website your hours of business, u should try to be open those hours… NOT PUT A PIECE OF PAPER ON THE DOOR SAYING THIS LOCATION IS CLOSED AT 2pm TODAY!!! I understand & sympathize that things happen but as a biz owner, I know it takes a 5 min call to google and an adjustment on my website to say due to circumstances we apologize but have to close early today.., It’s UNACCEPTABLE to be that irresponsible and just close like that without better preparation. You 100% lost my account and confidence. Even the horrible owner at the Long UPS store would not do this!! Do better FEDEX!
