- MCMax ColtenDec 20, 20251.0I don’t know what happened to this store, used to be easy to drop prepaid labels. Now everytime I go in they try to make me repackage items into their own boxes. I use FedEx because it’s usually cheap for larger or misshaped packages but at this point it’ll be UPS and USPS always.

Do yourself a favor and go to garden city instead if you NEED to deal with FedEx. Because the woman working today 12/12/25 at 11 was probably the same useless one in every other review, which is a shame. Usually woman are better workers, shame to see someone like this give them a bad name.

Which ever woman was working there on 11/11 at 11:40am needs to be spoken to by management because there’s no reason I should be given an attitude for picking up a package. Her attitude is unacceptable.
