Because there's no RFD service, all homeowners receive free postal boxes. Not always so easy to turn those antique combination knobs to open and close. We want to keep the service alive, so everyone is encouraged to buy ALL their stamps at 11770. As a stamp collector, it's easy for me to keep my commemorative collection up to date. ***ic***
