- AAAirbean614Jan 24, 20261.01/24/26 @ 8:30 am I entered the post office and a stern-looking staff member- who didn't even look at me- said "we open at 9:00 am." I had to come early to return the extra stamps I received last week when I purchased 10 . I explained that I just wanted to return the stamps, but she didn't respond. Wow..... what an attitude. If there were an option for Zero star, I would definitely choose it. Update; I returned after my class and spoke with a different staff member who was very kind. She listened to the full story and thanked me for returning the extra stamps I received last Saturday. I felt much better after that interaction!

- KHKara HonstetterDec 14, 20251.0Long story short- Delivery driving doing deliveries on Sunday 12/4 (yes, it snowed) left a notice "pretending" to deliver my package and left a note for insecure area- I was literally outside when I saw that said driver DRIVE PAST not even attempting to stop- if they listened to instructions, they would see that the delivery was to the SIDE OF HOUSE- where a CLEAR pathway with no snow was left. Sounds like the driver just didn't want to get out? My mailman is fine but whoever was delivering this package- thanks for being terrible at your job- pure laziness dont work if you dont want to work

This is not the first time and happened multiple times in the past. when my package scheduled for delivery on a Friday, arrived a day before, sits in the center until following Monday !!! Is this Lazy employees problem or Union problem ? Location is 2.3 miles away from my home and 3 days no delivery? So nobody works from Thursday to Monday ?What a disgrace of Lazy Federal postal employees ! 4 days of working schedule !!!
