First off, I got a message that my Package was delivered from the vendor and the tracking number said left on the porch. Well 3 days later, I found it in the bushes. Today, 3 packages on the ground on the walkway in front of my gate. It’s interesting to have so many issues in a short time! PO isn’t what it used to be!!
- TTTeneshaNov 14, 20231.0I came here on 11/14/23 @ 430 and stood in line for about 15 minutes patiently and pleasantly simply to weigh an envelope and purchase individual stamps for the cost of the letter. The attendant question me as to whether or not I was adding anything extra and cautioned me not to. Although I am all of 32 yrs old I graciously acknowledged his advice. He then proceeded to overcharged me 20cents for the simple fact that he did not trust me for what reason I do not know but can only assume. I immediately called my mother on speaker phone and she said that this made no sense and the attendant then took the stamps back and miraculously sold me stamps for the exact weight. When I say this was such a hurtful experience my heart is truly heavy that I have to navigate the world and have people look at me and treat me unfairly. I was hurt to say the least.

Today I went to ship 4 separate insulated packages of Swiss chocolate and the clerk (Jessica) was super helpful and charismatic. She recommended the flat rate shipping sleeve to reduce the price and number of days it would take to ship the perishable items. Really saved my wallet and my worry about my gifts melting in the summer heat. ❤️
