Anyone complaining should go stand in line at the Palisades Mall PO or try communicating with the fools in Sloatsburg PO. The staff here are genuinely helpful and in 10 year s of visiting have always been able to assist with broken mailbox keys, international mailing, held parcels, 1-2 day expedited delivery, xmas mailing etc Sometimes the line is long, but it;s a post office so what do you expect.
