- JHJamie HonseyDec 20, 20252.0I previously moved & my old place changed the door on the front door so the mailman couldn't get inside so I wasn't able to get to my mailbox & so I went to the PO looking for my mail... The lady looked & came back & told me there was Nothing there for me & that it would've All been sent back to sender.. UM OK so what can I do since I had 2 packages coming & I've changed my address & they wont delivered for over a week.. Fill this out & well have to keep it here.. Ok so that's what I did, I then went in 4 days later & I got the young man that works there & he was Amazingly Helpful & also gave me All my mail that was there previously but I guess they couldn't find.. I had mail fr Disability that had a time limit, yet She said I had NO mail there, yet it was dated for 2wks beforehand. .. How hard is it to do your Freaking Job!! He brought me out 2wks worth of mail & both packages, that clearly Werent Sent back.. 🤦♀️🤷♀️

- MFMarli FarmFeb 8, 20211.0The Norwich Post Office provides the *worst* service both with correct delivery of mail as well as their rude and lazy customer service. The delivery of my mail, including home delivery of needed medications, has ended up being delivered to others or not at all and then the postal worker uses the excuse the driver has X amount of deliveries and makes mistakes. That excuse might fly once, but having it happen multiple times? Not acceptable for meds nor good service if it's delivered to neighbors! Calling the post office is met with rude women who do a run around and repeat lame information one could ascertain from a trained monkey! They are lazy and it's evident they do not want to provide any kind of service, just there to collect a paycheck!
- SSSteveGamesApr 16, 20181.0Went in to ask a few questions, asked the first one and got nothing but attitude and rudely being told bye after a one word answer (which to be fair the one word did answer my question but the amount of attitude and not letting me ask the others makes me genuinely sad that this is our mail system, I mean at least fake a smile like the rest of the retail/customer service people do)
