I have not found them closed or over long lines but can understand the difficulty in staffing for and predicting peak periods. Thx for your service.

Over the weekend, I came in with a large number of Amazon return packages. I was polite, apologized for the volume, and even offered to step aside several times to let other customers go ahead—trying to be mindful not to create a line. It was a quiet Sunday, and I was doing my best to be courteous. Unfortunately, the staff member working that day was openly rude and visibly frustrated the entire time—rolling his eyes, sighing, and making it clear I was a burden. When I finally asked what was wrong, he told me flat-out that he was frustrated I had "so many things." I asked if there was some kind of limit I wasn’t aware of. He replied, "Well, they don’t expect you to bring in 30 things." I understand that large returns can be inconvenient. But I also expect basic courtesy and professionalism—especially when I go out of my way to be considerate. Sadly, this experience made it clear that I can’t rely on this location for that anymore.
