Even after explaining to her that it is not a battery and contains 0 lithium she is convinced any laptop charger is a bomb. Wall chargers do not store energy lady. I had to purchase separate shipping for "hazardous materials" despite having nothing dangerous.

Nothing is ever delivered on time, can’t track anything properly, I’m sent emails to sign up for informed delivery but when I try to sign up apparently my address doesn’t exist, tried to reach out via email but never receive a response, every time I HAVE to stop in there they yell at everyone, hmmm let me think, should I continue..? How is usps even still in business.. oh and we’re told that if our names are not on our mailboxes we won’t receive mail yet they continue to send mail for my mother who hasn’t lived here in 20 years AND she died.. so usps doesn’t even adhere to their own rules and regulations.. great job employing people who hate people 👏🏼👏🏼🤦🏼♀️

But my main issue is with my packages there has been many times that i have not recieved them and when i track the package it says it was delivered in my mailbox which is a locked mail box so no one can open it besides me or the mailman and my package is not there. So now this time i ordered a bday gift which was a personalized wallet that cost $50 and it is not in my mailbox which it says it was delivered at. Its pretty sad and very frustrating that i cant get my mailed delivered correctly or at all. Their mail carriers suck and dont care about their job at all! Get people that can do their job right this is not fair to me or others that are having these problems according to all these bad reviews ive read with the same problems!!!!! Also ive already wrote a complaint on their website about my mailcarrier and obviously that still hasnt fixed the problem!
