- TRTodd RayApr 17, 20261.0I am writing to formally express my frustration regarding a delivery scheduled for today. Despite our business being open during standard operating hours, the initial delivery attempt was marked as "business closed," which is inaccurate. Later this afternoon, I personally witnessed a FedEx vehicle park in front of our building. The driver did not exit the vehicle or attempt to enter the premises before driving away and marking the shipment as a second failed attempt. Our entrance is clearly marked with delivery instructions, and as no signature was required for this package, there was no reason for the delivery to be bypassed. This lack of follow-through is disappointing and has caused unnecessary delays for our operations.
