    I would have a 5 star review to offer if it weren’t for one of the employee that works there. I’m not surprise to see other negative reviews about who I believe to be the same person. Maybe she in her 40’s with salty and pepper hair, might be Latina. IDK but she is extremely rude. We all have good and bad days but goodness gracious. She has a bad attitude about 85% of the time I’ve been using this location . I hope she finds peace. Other than her, the other workers have good professionalism for the most part. But yea she definitely has the worst customer service of anyone I’ve encountered on this island.

    Every single time I go I receive bad attitude from this older lady there, I think she’s the manager.. she is one miserable woman.. I go to other post offices to avoid her

    I wish there was minus stars, omg worst experience in post office ever, I went there about a week ago (or so) to pick up a package that was sent to me and required signature, at first I was told my package was sent back cause no one had come for it in 15 days, which wasn't 15 days from the time I got the notice, I walked out disappointed then I looked at the notice more carefully and saw that there was no second time notice on it (which they are supposed to do before sending it back) plus the part were it says "we'll keep your package up to the following date" was blank, so there was no way of me to know up to when I got time to go pick it up, not to mention again it wasn't 15 days from my first notice to begin with and not to mention that i am home all morning every day (i work night) no mailman knocked on door to give me my package , just left notice without bothering to see if i'm home. All that said I went inside again and said my complaints about everything above and omg after that there was a female employee who at first after my complaints looked at me like she wanted to beat me up, the meanest look ever and she was disrespectful doing gestures with her hands like she doesn't want to hear me and turning her back in the middle of the conversation and walking away , then rushing back at me with the mean look again , saying to me that she doesn't want to listen to me, then in all this confusion the guy that at first told me it was sent back went inside and found my package !! it was a miracle ! my package was there ALL THE TIME , and i was told it was sent back! what if i didn't go in the second time ? and what is with that woman that works there ? her hostile behavior omg I almost felt threatened the way she was looking at me and her body language , it come down that someone had checked "large envelope" instead of "package" on the notice so thats why they couldn't find it the first time, thats what the guy said at least, not my problem, it comes down that SOMEONE IS NOT DOING THEIR JOB CORRECTLY, otherwise i would of got my package the first time, not to mention the hostile , disrespectful behavior of the female worker , even when my package was found she didn't apologize (no one did) for her bad service but still tried to blame it on me that i might had got a second notice and was hiding it or something , omg so bad service and making it look like i did something wrong, i seriously think that female worker has anger problems and needs to see a specialist about it , its one thing writing about it and another living it, i regret not thinking at that moment to video it with my phone so everyone could see what i'm talking about. worst experience in post office ever and to think my taxes pays their salary.

    The staff is amazing. When I 1st started my business they were so helpful and paitent with all my shipments and giving me advice on what would be better.

    I went here to mail a return to sender package and they were helpful only because I engaged them. Regardless of the matter, they did help me out and they were friendly.
