She pointed me in the right direction, though I ended up having to search quite a bit on my own to find what I needed. I was specifically looking for parchment-style paper for an award, and it took a while to locate. Unfortunately, no one checked in while I was searching, which made the process a bit frustrating. When I finally found the paper, it was quite expensive (around $30), but I needed it, so I purchased it anyway. I understand prices are higher these days, but it still felt a bit steep. At the front of the store, I had a better experience. A young man was very helpful and polite when I asked a question. However, he had to assist another customer while helping me, and I ended up waiting and eventually leaving before finishing everything I needed. The store itself seemed a bit low on inventory, but that could just be temporary restocking. Overall, I’d give this location 4 stars mainly because of its convenience—it’s very close to my home—and the helpful attitude of the staff when they were available. With a bit more support on the floor and better stock, the experience could easily be improved.
