I didn’t understand something about international shipping and the woman working the desk decided that it would be appropriate to scold me because I didn’t know that customs agents would unwrap Christmas presents that I am mailing internationally. I suggest an internal review of employee conduct as employees who deal with customers should not be comfortable being rude when customers don’t know something about international shipping.
