There's one girl for both check out and returns and she's strolling slowly around the store looking stoned,. There's at least 4 other employee's doing nothing. I ask the nearest that is doing someone's passport if there is anyone else that can help us. I'm met with an attitude and "I can help when im done", again, there are others that can be called over. We all proceed to stand here for 15 minutes while no one is being helped. I've had issues here in the past., this place is always understaffed. Management and corporate need to step up. I'd also like to add that I had the time to write this long and detailed review while standing on line with 4 other people, none of whom were being helped.
