There's one girl for both check out and returns and she's strolling slowly around the store looking stoned,. There's at least 4 other employee's doing nothing. I ask the nearest that is doing someone's passport if there is anyone else that can help us. I'm met with an attitude and "I can help when im done", again, there are others that can be called over. We all proceed to stand here for 15 minutes while no one is being helped. I've had issues here in the past., this place is always understaffed. Management and corporate need to step up. I'd also like to add that I had the time to write this long and detailed review while standing on line with 4 other people, none of whom were being helped.

I went there at 8:10 pm to have a paper laminated for my sons team and they tell me they can do it the next day because they close at 9 pm and we’re trying to close there equipment down. I was then told speak to the cashier they can show you the self laminating section. I go to isle 12 only to see that it’s for those that have a laminating machine at home 🤦🏽♀️. Talk about being dispointed.

While I am waiting at the counter, I see 3 employees chit-chatting, and none of them bothered to ask me if I needed help or to point me in the correct direction for their new Amazon return center. After waiting a solid 2 minutes with no interaction, I go to the front counter. From there, things only get worse; what should be a quick 2-5 min drop-off for a return. I am stuck waiting there for another 8 minutes. The young girl working at the Amazon station was taking her time cleaning up her station and rearranging boxes; she did not acknowledge anyone on the line. When I come to my local Staples store, I expect a smile or least some interaction, but it looks like they hired some new people who have no clue how to service.
- JRjay rollenSep 3, 20251.0terrible.I went here today with my friends and we left and came back a few minutes later cause we forgot to get tissues and they then said to another workers “watch out for them” and gave us dirty looks (we are all black), when we wasn’t loud or disrespected. they then had a worker follow us around the store when looking then tried to excuse it when another worker said they knew us. terrible service and rude. no equality here you will get profiled.
