- LLLBGJan 2, 20262.0Wow I did not expect what I encountered I had a more than normal mailing to take care of & had hoped for helpful & courteous service. I’m usually patient & considerate of folks with accents however my clerk was SO hard to understand that I felt bad asking him to repeat the instructions when finally he raised his voice to ME. I found this to be unacceptable customer service. To be honest all 3 clerks looked like they hated their jobs. I actually found a wallet filled with cash & when walking in. I handed it to a female clerk she never even looked at me, let alone acknowledged it being handed in

Every single time I go in here,the staff looks miserable,they talk with ZERO friendliness in their voice,face or energy! I highly recommend that ALL staff in this location go thru some customer service and friendliness classes before being able to work again in public service!!!
- JMJacary MitchellNov 18, 20251.0I came in on 11/13 around 11am 1130am there was a light skin black american woman there I came up to the counter I had my QR Code to deliver a package she set there and lied and said they do not print out the label for shipping with the QR code and I have done it there several of times was very rude and nasty the post office needs to check the cameras on this date above she should not be in customer service dealing with the public I will be calling the head quarters to report this and have them take a look at the camera's she should not be working the I went to the one at 615 main st in niagara falls ny and was treated nice got my package sent out with the QR Code with no problem I will be going to this on for on out I will not return to this one til she is gone
