Now I have to call city hall and find out how much it is and pay it by bill pay because I have no faith in the postal service!! The carrier is not my regular guy so is this the problem?

Waited forever in line as staff moved terribly slow and they were audibly rude to the customers in front of me. Once l got to the counter, the red beard dude gave me absolutely nothing but issues. I had to walk out on him because he was making no sense, I just drove up the street and did the exact same thing at another location and I had zero issues and took about 4 mins. Do not recommend this office to ANYONE
- LLLBGJan 2, 20262.0Wow I did not expect what I encountered I had a more than normal mailing to take care of & had hoped for helpful & courteous service. I’m usually patient & considerate of folks with accents however my clerk was SO hard to understand that I felt bad asking him to repeat the instructions when finally he raised his voice to ME. I found this to be unacceptable customer service. To be honest all 3 clerks looked like they hated their jobs. I actually found a wallet filled with cash & when walking in. I handed it to a female clerk she never even looked at me, let alone acknowledged it being handed in

Every single time I go in here,the staff looks miserable,they talk with ZERO friendliness in their voice,face or energy! I highly recommend that ALL staff in this location go thru some customer service and friendliness classes before being able to work again in public service!!!
