- DEDavid EmeryJan 30, 20261.0They marked my package as delivered to a PO box, but I do not have a PO box. Good luck trying to get someone to answer the phone. Package is now lost I guess...
- JDJane DoeDec 31, 20251.0If they (the mailman/ mailwoman) do not like you, they will personally withhold mail delivery from your address. This has happened numerous times with our mailwoman on our street in Niagara Falls. Mail delivery on our block is very shoddy and inconsistent. Some days there as absolutely no delivery at all for anyone, no mail truck in sight on a regular 8 hour (or more) day. No mail truck in sight on the weekends either on our street. When the delivery persons are in the mail truck, they are eating, on their phones and being very slothful with delivery. The temporary mailman who actually does his job told me that they have college kids delivery mail at times (that’s explains it!) USPS in Niagara Falls, NY, do better.
