- JDJane DoeDec 31, 20251.0If they (the mailman/ mailwoman) do not like you, they will personally withhold mail delivery from your address. This has happened numerous times with our mailwoman on our street in Niagara Falls. Mail delivery on our block is very shoddy and inconsistent. Some days there as absolutely no delivery at all for anyone, no mail truck in sight on a regular 8 hour (or more) day. No mail truck in sight on the weekends either on our street. When the delivery persons are in the mail truck, they are eating, on their phones and being very slothful with delivery. The temporary mailman who actually does his job told me that they have college kids delivery mail at times (that’s explains it!) USPS in Niagara Falls, NY, do better.

- SSStrawberry SharkAug 10, 20241.0Last two times I went there I actually had helpful people who actually went to see if my package was in so I could collect it seeing as I’ll be working all day and prefer my packings to not possibly be stolen. Today unfortunately I was met with who must be a new worker who was completely unhelpful especially after being told I had already been waiting for my package since the 7th and instead of being helpful or even seeing if it actually had left the post office she just assumed that it had and sent me on my way. This post office should honestly just close and only go out of the one uptown because it can’t seem to hold onto decent employees who actually want to help. Now let’s hope my package can actually be delivered today and won’t be stolen when I already could’ve had it if some new worker could’ve actually been helpful and did her job
