- BBBetsy BrightmanOct 8, 20255.0I never thought I’d write a review for a post office! But, they were wonderful!. A package sent from TX to Newfane was lost. Within two hours of me filing a claim, Kristen called me from the Newfane Post office. She promised to look into it, including sending the mail carrier out to the delivery address to clarify what happened as the package showed delivered. Kristen then called me the next morning to follow up on what they found & also sent me a follow up email as promised. The package has been found. Kristen- your response was tremendous and much appreciated. Thank you!
