- KWKM WApr 20, 20261.0Do not come to this post office, it is the most unorganized, unhelpful, and nasty post office in Newburgh. I always have a problem with a post office worker who is rude and it makes me extremely uncomfortable. Go to any other post office, I have reported this office multiple times.

Wasted a beautiful Saturday morning waiting to apply for one passport despite having made an appointment. The lady processing passports was unnecessarily slow and inefficient, and it did not appear that time was being managed effectively, which caused everyone to spend a large portion of their morning waiting.

Who could not read left my package on front porch(took within 30 minutes). So everyone can see on front step. Big sign says put in door. Drop of package with in 30 minutes someone came by and took it.
