Each time we’ve spoken with a representative, we’ve been assured that the issue would be handled, yet nothing has changed. We haven’t received a correct order since April. What’s most frustrating is that we’ve even offered to return the bottles ourselves and pick up the correct order, and still, no one has followed through. Since the company’s recent merger, the level of customer support has significantly declined. I truly feel for the representatives, who are clearly overwhelmed and doing their best under difficult circumstances. This company needs to take serious steps to improve its logistics and customer service. Loyal customers deserve better.
