    Billing system is the absolute worst!!! Clearly done by automated and staff not trained on overriding or correcting. Billing issue from day one is taking three months now to correct even after cancellation of account 🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️

    We currently have 14 bottles waiting for pickup, and despite multiple calls from both my husband and I - often after spending over an hour on hold—we still haven’t received any resolution. Each time we’ve spoken with a representative, we’ve been assured that the issue would be handled, yet nothing has changed. We haven’t received a correct order since April. What’s most frustrating is that we’ve even offered to return the bottles ourselves and pick up the correct order, and still, no one has followed through. Since the company’s recent merger, the level of customer support has significantly declined. I truly feel for the representatives, who are clearly overwhelmed and doing their best under difficult circumstances. This company needs to take serious steps to improve its logistics and customer service. Loyal customers deserve better.
