- JBJoe BottiniJan 6, 20262.0The folks at 3 Enterprise Drive (Fedex Ground) are helpful. The folks at 100 Enterprise Drive (Fedex Express) are as incompetent as they come. If they are uncertain and busy, they will say your package is across the street at 3 Enterprise Drive, wasting your time as well as theirs. It took me 90 minutes to pick up a package at 100 Enterprise Drive that they said was across the street at 3 Enterprise Drive twice. Lo and behold, it was at 100 Enterprise the whole time, <50 ft from the service counter.

Only ever get a recording with no way to get to an agent to see what the problem is. All tracking has said for 5 days is On The Way. I am about 25 miles from their location.

I was told due to the holidays they were unable to transfer me to a supervisor… I am missing the coronation… Their solution to my being delivered 2 out of 4 boxes was me filing a claim on their website that will be looked at within seven days. I am not sure why the customer service representatives are unable to contact the warehouse or drivers to assess if the missing boxes were left behind or missed on the truck when the other two boxes were delivered. It is quite ridiculous to have a customer service center that is unable or unwilling to assist the customer.
