  Ruby sent my application to jobs she thought were a good fit for me. Took the initiative to apply for me and then would call to let me know that she had.Ruby also has been very professional and friendly.

  I’m disappointed with my experience. After informing the company that I had a family emergency and my schedule was temporarily filled due to someone being in the hospital, I was told they would help me find another opportunity. That never happened. Ruby has not responded to any of my follow-up emails, and communication completely stopped. When I was working with them previously, they placed me with another person who quit shortly after, which in hindsight should have been a red flag. Overall, the lack of follow-through and communication has been very frustrating.
