After informing the company that I had a family emergency and my schedule was temporarily filled due to someone being in the hospital, I was told they would help me find another opportunity. That never happened. Ruby has not responded to any of my follow-up emails, and communication completely stopped. When I was working with them previously, they placed me with another person who quit shortly after, which in hindsight should have been a red flag. Overall, the lack of follow-through and communication has been very frustrating.
