Was deeply confused, concerned & annoyed after attempting to collect my mail. I had moved one month prior to this visit, and even after changing my address I had not received any of my mail from Sept. 1st, 2025 on. I know there was a bunch to pick up, bc my neighbor at previous address contacted me to tell me I had mailbox full. I was told the carrier collected it all. When I went to post office, the man in charge couldn't tell me anything!! That was the 4th time I had been there asking for my forwarded mail, and according to them a whole month's worth of mail was not there. All he could offer me was that he would speak to mail carrier. I was totally confused, is the carrier holding onto my mail? A months worth, gone! Then he felt the need to have another man come up to "support" him i guess while I was asking obvious questions like where else am I supposed to look for my mail? Not sure if that waz intimidation tactic, bc the man didn't say anything but "yeah" in agreement with the "manager" when he only told me he had no answers! Newark post office needs to get it together

Always a pleasure to visit this branch..... I’m treated with respect on every visit and I return the courtesy to the employees. A classic older location that is always clean.....
Tip to humans when visiting here or leaving your house in general..... take a peek at a mirror before you leave, don’t go out in pajamas, and try being nice to others.
