They told me to call my previous postal office or no longer underneath there and there's nothing else that they could do and they said that it was Newark valley's problem and Newark Valley is saying it's Endicotts problem so we have to do everything all over again now filed a case and they closed it because they are blaming the other postal office they're saying it's nothing they can do. When making a mistake own it and fix it don't be pointing fingers to other people. Now the Clerks office are good people they will do anything they can help you .
