I rarely write reviews but the service from Tanika was incredible that I just had to! I’ve been having a hard time replacing my passport and Tanika informed about everything I need in order to replace my passport. I really appreciate the kindness I received and would highly recommend coming to this post office for your passport needs!

“Ms. Brown at this location was absolutely wonderful. She was patient, helpful, and went above and beyond to assist us with our baby’s first passport application. She helped us through every step of the process and made what could have been a stressful experience completely smooth. Highly recommend this location and especially Ms. Brown. Thank you!”

If i can give this location a 0 i would. I dont understand usps hire guidelines. You have workers that do everything in their power to make it impossible for you to do anything. Was helping a lady with a newborn baby translating in spanish because she knew no english. Lady told me i need my id and present it to her to be able to translate. You had a spanish worker in there that refused to translate for the lady. I had to leave but was left shocked at the fact that i need to show id yo translate for another person? You guys are a joke.

The lady was very nasty and didn’t want help with applying for a passport during the appointment we had. She wanted us to do it online; she didn’t want to take a picture. She was just bothered by everything. I didn’t know why she had to come to work with that attitude; she was very disrespectful. I hope she doesn’t last long at the place while treating customers like that.
