- ECE ChenApr 6, 20261.0Staff here is awful. I asked about mailing sizes to Canada and they couldn’t be more impatient. I asked questions which only frustrated them further. A lot of mansplaining, very little listening.
- AAArNoLdMar 10, 20265.0I recently visited the post office and had a surprisingly great experience. The staff were professional, friendly, and very helpful from the moment I walked in. Even though it was a busy day, the line moved efficiently and everything was handled quickly and smoothly. I really appreciated how patient and courteous the employees were while assisting customers. It made the whole process stress-free and pleasant. It’s always nice to see such great customer service in a place that many people visit regularly. Definitely a positive experience!
- LLLuciaFeb 21, 20263.0Most of the clerks are very helpful and knowledgeable and nice but the older woman who is usually second-from-the-right is horribly incompetent and is rude to almost everyone (I’ve witnessed her yell at others to the point of having to be calmed down by other clerks!) I’ve gone to dozens of NYC post offices and she’s the worst … if you avoid her this is a pretty good post office though with lots of windows
