FRAUD ALERT. Worst customer service I have ever experienced at USPS. The Asian woman at one of the windows committed fraud. She’s a detriment to USPS and needs to be arrested. She illegally tampered with my mail. I paid for (4) envelopes and submitted scans of my pre-paid labeled packages at the kiosk. She took it upon herself to later dig through all of the packages in the bin to find my (4) packages and had them shipped back to me claiming that I didn’t pay for the envelopes. She tampered with federal mail after I PAID for the envelopes at the kiosk and scanned pre-paid shipping labels. She added “please collect $2.09” to each envelope and had them all sent back to me. This was business related mail. Imagine if it were something medical that needed to be delivered on time? I filed fraud and tampering charges and reported her. This employee needs to be reviewed and let go. Read the reviews USPS. She’s a detriment to your business. She illegally tampers with mail and is nasty to customers.

I do not want to give them any ☆. A black man stared at my letter I wanted to send then said he could not accept it. His explanation was not acceptable so I asked him again, but he said that he explained and there was no need to do it again. Thaaaank yoooooou fooor giving me a great experience!!!!!! 😠 Note: right after this, I headed for another post office located on 52th and there kind staff helped me a lot!!

It’s actually not possible for a USPS to be worse. The employees who work here take joy in keeping the lines long. They make no attempt to do things efficiently. When given an address they type one key with one finger at a time. The attitude they give they’re doing you a favor, not like they are federal employees. Ms. Massey (her name tag) said “I can’t wait until I get out of here” out loud while I’m standing there waiting for her to type the address for my shipment.

I had a very disappointing experience at this USPS office. The customer service was terrible. The employee showed no politeness, no willingness to help, and provided absolutely no information about how to send my letter. When I politely asked for assistance, the employee did not even look at me and simply shouted “Next.” It felt extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. Customer service should at least include basic courtesy and a willingness to guide customers, especially when someone is asking for help. Unfortunately, that was completely missing here. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves the level of service at this location.

I wish i could give worse; i go today looking to send my package. I really never have sent and package and don’t know how to do it and maybe it was my fault for not bringing a pen. I think she realized i hadn’t sent a package before and she was pretty nice after her apprehension. But boy the guy there - don’t even get me started. She told me to go fill out my envelope before coming back and I didn’t have a pen marker anything. This man is waiting for a label to print and sticking it on the box. Literally waiting. I quickly ask can I borrow a pen real quick. Deadpans me “I’m busy right now” - was not requesting his help in any way. Just needed to borrow a pen and had the nastiest attitude while he stood there in silence w his customer waiting for the label. I don’t know how people get hired here. How many seconds does it take to reach for the pen right in front of you and let someone borrow it to fill out a form needed. I’m shocked but I say ok and proceed to wait until the line is done again and the lady let me use her pen right in front of her. Then she quickly sent my package. Very nice lady. Next time guys bring everything yourself; do not ask him for help its not his job to help you.
