- GMGemma McDonald6 days ago1.0Rude and disrespectful staff. Was late to my passport renewal appointment. I apologized, yet the employee still made unnecessary remarks when I said nothing and did nothing to be rude. Could have at least respectfully said the appointment can’t happen. You’re better off going to any other USPS. It doesn’t cost anything to be kind. I usually ignore reviews about staff, but this lady genuinely ruined my evening for such a small thing. Avoid coming on weekdays in the afternoon.

No willingness to help, no accountability, and zero customer service. As a paying customer, this is completely unacceptable. Avoid this location if you expect basic respect or assistance.
