- APAmy Piekarsky1 day ago1.0I tried using the self-service machine to scan a QR code but it didn’t work so I got on line. I waited for 20 mins. When it’s my turn, the postal worker told me I had to go to the self-service machine because the line was too long. I explained to her it wasn’t working and asked her to help me because I was having trouble. She told me I was being nasty because I asked her to help me? I even said “can you please help me?” and then she refused. Luckily, the employee in the next window heard what happened and was very kind to me.
- MKM K4 days ago1.0Always so many people waiting on line to get service because their slow service. Sometimes only one person is taking care of people. Their attitude are not professional either. The post office is like in third world country.
- DCDanielle ColeMar 30, 20261.0Went to drop off my passport renewal by mail. Employee said I had to apply for an entirely new passport because my old passport was over 1 year expired. I tried to tell him this was incorrect and asked for us to get a second opinion from a different employee and he fought me on that. I went to a different post office and got confirmation that he was 100% incorrect! Incredibly incompetent, no employee should be working with information that wrong.
