The product has been in America for 8 days. And it is still traveling to be delivered to the customer. Customer dissatisfaction is entirely dependent on shipping. But our customers take us as interlocutors. We don't want to victimize them. While we are trying to provide good service, we look bad because of the cargo companies. American consumers don't deserve this. He deserves the best. Someone has to solve this now.
