- KHK Hedges1 day ago1.0Had a 12pm passport appointment that never happened. I waited with other customers for two hours before I left. I was getting a passport for my infant and the person never showed. At one point someone else on line asked and they said she would be “back after her break”.

- WKWill KwanMar 23, 20262.0This branch has few people working in the branch as mail in the post office boxes are seldom fill with mail, as they batch up and stuff the box when they get around to it from what it seems. If you are a business, I would seriously reconsider using another branch of the USPS or UPS. A package I had expected, was sent by Priority Mail to the branch and yet no slip was put in the box for a few days until I asked for it and they searched for it. Seems to be seriously short of staff to handle.
