Kay’s customer service was especially exceptional and she was really patient with me as I worked to tape/label my boxes. She explained all my shipping options and made sure the experience was pleasant! I am deeply grateful!

I didn't; I only needed a pen, and none of the pens on the counters were writing. I finally found a pen, and when I told the clerk he could have been nicer, he yelled at me again and told me to get away from his window, stand back in line, and go to another clerk to mail my letter. My advice is: if you don't like your job and can't be nice, retire.

I asked a basic question about mailing something and was mocked and called “stupid” and “slow” in front of others. When I quietly said thank you at the end, the employee sarcastically responded “you’re welcome” twice. I left feeling humiliated and panicked. This was not just poor service — it was bullying. It was a female and I was there between 10:30 - 11:00
- MMMikeJan 27, 20261.0Counter staff could not understand how to process a Certified letter mailing (with Form 3800 already completed) with respect to e-Return receipt. How she could say that my email address (for electronic return receipt) will be captured from my 'bankcard' is insanely stupid ... and I paid her with CASH. If you don't know your job, ask a supervisor. Their incompetence and impatience at this location remains consistently awful.
