Tellers were slow, or maybe new. It is darkish inside and looks very run down.

I agree with all of the other posters that this USPS location is terrible. Passport appointments mean nothing here as they do not staff it appropriately so the passport service window is always empty and the long line of retail customers will make you miss any appointment even if you arrive an hour early. They are also routinely out of holiday stamps during the holiday season. STAMPS!!! They take up space and don't expire. How is this even possible? Avoid at all costs.

On February 24th at approximately 2:15 PM, I experienced unprofessional service at Kiosk #3 (clerk : 8 according to my receipt ) from an old lady with curly gray hair with glasses. The clerk weighed two separate packages together and entered both packages as 7 oz each. The actual weights were approximately 1.4oz and 4 oz. I ship through an online platform where accurate weight is critical, as incorrect weight may cause additional shipping charges to my customer.I always weigh my packs before I go and I also recheck the weight on USPS self service scale too. My package is 1.42oz and another is 5 oz The clerk did not ask me to verify the weights or review the transaction before finalizing it. She simply handed me the receipt. and I noticed the weight was wrong. But the 7oz bothers my customer’s shipping fee so I have to ask for re-weighing. When I politely asked if she could re-weigh the packages separately, right after my service was done, she rudely asked me to stay away and let next client come. I’m ok as far so waited beside the window for a chance to re-weight. she got angry again and threw my packages back and rudely told me to get my packages back and go away to use the self-service machine if I wanted them rescanned. I felt this handling was physically aggressive and unprofessional. I re-weight my packages which means I’m right and just want her to revise right after I gave her. Why should I accept her terrible attitude and ‘throwing back’. I was in a rush to pick up my children from school and therefore did not escalate in person, but I am very disappointed on this old lady. Actually because I live around this is not her first time to be rude to clients. Last time I saw her anger to a very very old lady too. So bad!
